Matthew Anderson is a licensed Residential Home Builder in South Carolina; he has built work from the Pacific Coast to the Atlantic Coast. Matthew holds a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from Columbia College in Chicago with a focus in Creative Writing. Matthew has been a carpenter for over ten years and has owned and operated his own residential construction company now for the pat seven years where he is lead framing and finish carpenter for all his projects.

​Chelsea Anderson holds a M. Arch degree from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Fashion Design from International Academy of Design and Technology Chicago. Upon graduation from Clemson she was awarded the Mickel Prize. As a graduate student her design team was awarded an AIA South Carolina Student Design Award. Chelsea has worked in Miami, Florida for Oppenheim Architecture and currently works at LS3P in Charleston, South Carolina.
